Shipping & Delivery

We work with fulfillment partners to make our nostalgia-inspired products available without maintaining a large warehouse. Some orders may ship directly from a partner facility.

Processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. You will receive a tracking email when available.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues. Available destinations and any shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Separate packages

If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before checkout. Contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible if a change is needed. Once fulfillment begins, an address change or cancellation may not be possible.

Delays and unavailable items

If we cannot ship within the time promised—or within 30 days when no specific shipping time was promised—we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a prompt refund.

Tracking issues

Carrier scans can take several days to update. If tracking has not changed for seven business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.
